Your body is working for you, serving you, doing it's best to keep you healthy all day, every day. Whether you acknowledge it or not your body is constantly working on your behalf. Acknowledge and honor your body. Listen to what it is telling you. It is telling you how, when, and what to eat to keep you healthy and strong. It responds to what we do based on whether it is in our best interest or not. In this course you will also learn how to: have FUN while getting stronger and feeling better; do sport specific workouts to help you perform better and have more enjoy doing what you love to do. LIving fully is possible - you just have to when you prepare your body for it.
